Essential questions about DVPSTA
01What is DVPSTA?
DVPSTA is a Florida public safety training and consulting school offering live security-officer education and related courses. Its Class D school license is DS3400004. DVPSTA provides training; FDACS decides license applications.
02Where do I find my course and important links?
Sign in to your DVPSTA student account and open your enrolled course. Look for the Course Syllabus, Live Classroom, Course Materials & Downloads, assessment activities and the After Training guide if they are included in your enrollment.
03Is DVPSTA a state licensing agency?
No. DVPSTA is a licensed training provider. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), Division of Licensing, is the state agency that processes and issues the Class D license.
04How can I contact student support?
Email giu@dvpsta.com or use the contact page and available website live chat. Include your full name, enrolled course, class dates and a clear description of your issue. Never email your password or full Social Security number.
05Where can I verify Florida licensing rules?
Use the FDACS Class D requirements page, Chapter 493 of the Florida Statutes and Rule 5N-1.140 of the Florida Administrative Code. This help center summarizes them and links to the official text.
06Who is Darwin Villavicencio?
Darwin Villavicencio is DVPSTA’s lead instructor and executive, with more than 25 years of law enforcement and fire-rescue experience, according to the school’s About page.
07Can I use this help center instead of contacting FDACS?
Use it for orientation, but not as a substitute for an FDACS decision. When guidance differs or you have an unusual immigration, disciplinary, legal or licensing situation, contact FDACS directly.
License basics
Florida Class D fundamentals
01What is a Florida Class D license?
It is Florida’s individual security-officer license for regulated unarmed security duties. The state requires the license for people performing regulated security officer services, subject to applicable statutory provisions.
02How old must I be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a Florida Class D security officer license.
03Must I be a U.S. citizen?
Not necessarily. FDACS accepts applicants who meet its citizenship, lawful residency or DHS/USCIS work-authorization criteria. The official FDACS page explains the eligibility standard.
04Do I need 40 or 42 hours of Class D training?
FDACS requires a MINIMUM of 40 hours of approved professional training. Some existing DVPSTA slide/book covers say 42 hours; that older cover wording should not be confused with Florida’s 40-hour legal minimum. Follow your actual enrolled course schedule and verified attendance.
05Is the Class D course fully self-paced?
No. Under §493.6132, the standard Class D online training course must be conducted live by a licensed Florida school or training facility. Recorded make-up instruction is a limited exception governed by FDACS rules.
06Can I take the training from outside Florida?
Ask DVPSTA about your specific circumstances before enrolling. The online Class D school and instructor must meet Florida’s location and live-delivery requirements, and the Florida license authorizes regulated work under Florida law—not automatically in other states.
07Does military or law-enforcement training exempt me?
FDACS lists limited qualifying exemptions, including certain current or previously trained law enforcement/corrections personnel and relevant military training. Do not assume your experience qualifies; review the listed evidence requirements with FDACS.
08Do I need a background check?
The Class D licensing application includes eligibility and background questions, and fingerprint-based screening is generally part of the state licensing process. Answer honestly and supply any records FDACS requests.
09Can I carry a firearm with only a Class D license?
No. A Class D license alone does not authorize carrying a firearm for regulated security duties. Eligible armed security officers also need a valid Class G statewide firearm license and must follow applicable employer and state requirements.
Enrollment & tuition
Prices, payments and registration
01How do I register for a Class D class?
Open the Class D course page, choose a published date and complete enrollment and payment. Watch for account confirmation, identity-verification instructions and course access information.
02How much is the scheduled group course?
The DVPSTA website currently advertises a limited-time $100 promotional group-course tuition. Prices, eligibility and available dates can change; confirm the total on the enrollment page before paying. FDACS licensing and fingerprint fees are separate.
03Is personalized 1-on-1 Class D training available?
Yes. DVPSTA advertises individualized live instruction starting at $200. Final pricing and the evening, daytime or weekend schedule must be confirmed with DVPSTA before purchase; it is not automatically covered by the $100 group promotion.
04Does the $100 promotion cover FDACS state fees?
No. Course tuition is separate from the state license application, fingerprint processing and any outside vendor service charges.
05Can I enroll after a session has begun?
Contact DVPSTA before purchasing. Late enrollment must still allow completion of all required hours, attendance records and applicable examinations; a seat in a current cohort is not guaranteed.
06Do I need photo identification to enroll?
DVPSTA asks students to verify their identity for regulated courses, commonly with an approved photo ID and requested front/back images. Follow the secure course instructions rather than emailing sensitive ID images to an unfamiliar address.
07Do you offer group or employer training?
DVPSTA provides public-safety and security training services. For an employer, team, private cohort or group schedule, ask the school for a written proposal and availability.
08Can I request a discount?
DVPSTA’s About page invites active-duty military, veterans, first responders and certain public-safety professionals to inquire about possible special pricing. Discounts are not automatic and must be confirmed before payment.
09Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Retain your payment confirmation from checkout. If you need an invoice, business billing details or another receipt copy, contact DVPSTA with your name and transaction date; do not send a full card number.
Schedules & attendance
Live sessions, absences and make-up
01What is the usual live Class D schedule?
The current published evening group format is Monday–Friday, 6:00–10:00 PM Eastern Time, totaling 40 instructional hours over two weeks. Individual and special schedules are arranged separately. Check your own enrollment confirmation.
02What does ET mean?
ET means U.S. Eastern Time. Florida changes between EST and EDT for daylight saving time; use the Eastern Time zone for your session rather than applying a fixed UTC offset.
03What if I work during the evening session?
Contact DVPSTA before enrolling. A different published cohort, personalized live schedule or compliant attendance/make-up plan may be possible. Private instruction has separate pricing.
04What if I arrive late or have to leave early?
Report the exact minutes missed to DVPSTA. The school must verify actual participation; logging in briefly does not replace missed instructional time. Any make-up request is subject to the FDACS rule and school review.
05Can I miss up to 10 hours and automatically pass?
No. The FDACS rule limits how much of a live online course may be made up using recordings to 10 hours; it is not permission to skip 10 hours without approved make-up, verified completion or other requirements.
06How do recorded make-up modules work?
Under §493.6132(7) and Rule 5N-1.140, a school may use recordings for a limited portion of missed live online instruction, up to the rule’s 10-hour limit. Students must have an opportunity to ask a licensed Class DI instructor questions. DVPSTA may assign an additional quiz as its school procedure.
07How do I request an absence or make-up?
Use the Attendance & Make-Up Request form if it appears in your course, or contact giu@dvpsta.com. Provide your name, class date, exact start/end times missed, reason and contact information. Submission is not automatic approval.
08What if I miss more than 10 hours?
The 10-hour recording allowance cannot simply be extended. Ask DVPSTA about compliant live replacement instruction, a different cohort or another approved plan. The school must not report uncompleted hours as completed.
09Do breaks count toward the 40 required hours?
Only instructional time that satisfies FDACS rules counts toward the required training. Follow the instructor’s announced breaks and the platform attendance instructions.
10Can I switch from one cohort to another?
Ask DVPSTA before changing dates. Transfers depend on available instruction, tuition terms, seat availability and how the school will document any hours already completed. Do not switch without confirmation.
Live classroom
Zoom, attendance and participation
01Where is the Zoom classroom link?
Open the Live Classroom page within your enrolled DVPSTA course and use its official Join Live Classroom button. Do not rely on meeting links forwarded by unknown senders.
02Is the same Zoom link used every day?
For DVPSTA’s scheduled Class D live classroom, the course page indicates one meeting link is used across that cohort’s scheduled sessions. Always check your own class page for updates or instructor notices.
03Should I join early?
Aim to join approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled class begins so you can test your connection, audio and identity verification. Follow any specific arrival instructions from your instructor.
04Do I need a camera and microphone?
Be prepared to participate in real time and follow the instructor’s camera, audio and identity-verification instructions. Online training requires measures that verify attendance and active participation; contact DVPSTA in advance for an accommodation.
05Can I leave Zoom running unattended?
No. Being connected while absent, asleep or not participating does not demonstrate completion of live training. Follow check-ins, participation prompts and documented attendance procedures.
06What if Zoom disconnects during class?
Reconnect promptly using the official class link, note the interruption time and notify your instructor or DVPSTA support. You may need a compliant make-up arrangement for missed instruction.
07Can I attend from my phone?
DVPSTA says courses are mobile-friendly, but a laptop or desktop is recommended for reading slides, answering checks and keeping a stable live connection. Use only one active training device at a time.
08May I record or redistribute the live class?
Do not record, post, share or republish instructor presentations, Zoom sessions or classmates’ personal information without permission. Ask DVPSTA about any authorized recording or accessibility arrangement.
09What if a different Zoom time appears on my screen?
Use the cohort date and Eastern Time shown in your DVPSTA enrollment confirmation. Check your device time-zone settings and contact the school if the meeting or course schedule conflicts.
Student portal & technology
Login, devices and troubleshooting
01How do I log in to my student account?
Use the DVPSTA website Login link, sign in with the email associated with your enrollment and open your course from the student dashboard.
02I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password-reset option on the login screen. If already signed in, DVPSTA’s FAQ describes My Profile → Edit → Account Security → Change Password. Use your enrollment email.
03Can I use two devices at the same time?
No. Florida §493.6132(3) permits an online training applicant to be logged into the course from only one device at a time. Switch devices by signing out of the first one.
04My lesson is locked. Why?
The course may require identification verification, a scheduled session, completion of an earlier activity, a minimum screen duration or an instructor/admin release. Check the displayed requirement; contact support if it looks incorrect.
05Why am I seeing identity or knowledge-check questions?
Florida law requires online Class D training to include measures confirming student activity, time on instructional screens, randomized tests and attendance logs. Answer personally rather than having someone else respond.
06A video or slide will not load. What should I try?
Refresh once, use an updated Chrome/Edge/Safari browser, check your network, turn off restrictive extensions and try a laptop. Avoid losing unsaved assessment work; ask support before clearing data or restarting a timed exam.
07My progress is not updating. What should I do?
Check whether the activity has a completion button, required time, quiz or attendance condition. Save a screenshot, note the lesson name and time, and contact support. Do not assume that a displayed percentage overrides FDACS attendance requirements.
08How long will I have access to my course?
DVPSTA’s published FAQ states most courses remain accessible for six weeks after purchase unless otherwise stated. Your enrollment and expiration banner control your particular access; contact support if they differ.
09Why is there a student ID upload requirement?
It supports identity and compliance checks for regulated instruction. Follow the course’s secure upload prompts; if your legal name differs from the enrollment information, ask support how to correct it.
10Is my mobile phone sufficient for the entire course?
Mobile access is supported by DVPSTA, but an updated computer may offer better visibility, keyboard navigation and more reliable exam operation. Test your device ahead of a timed activity.
Exams & passing
Scoring, timing and assessment rules
01How many exams are in DVPSTA’s Class D course?
The DVPSTA course entrance pages shown to students distinguish Exam 1 (Units 1–11) and Exam 2 (Units 12–18). Follow the actual assessments in your own course; these are DVPSTA course exams, not a separate FDACS testing appointment.
02What are the Exam 1 settings?
DVPSTA’s current student Exam 1 information lists 100 questions and a standard allotted time of 120 minutes. Confirm what the LearnWorlds exam timer displays, especially if you have approved accommodations.
03What are the Exam 2 settings?
DVPSTA’s current student Exam 2 information lists 70 questions and a standard allotted time of four hours (240 minutes). Confirm the actual timer inside the assessment before starting.
04What score do I need to pass?
DVPSTA’s published course assessment threshold is 75%. This is a DVPSTA course standard used for its assessments. Do not confuse school exam settings with the separate FDACS licensing application process.
05Is there a separate state Class D exam after training?
FDACS’s regular Class D application instructions focus on training proof, eligibility, fingerprints, photo, supporting documents and state fees. The DVPSTA course examinations are administered as part of your training; check FDACS if your individual application has special requirements.
06What happens if I do not pass an exam?
Review the result and follow the retake/remediation instructions shown in your LearnWorlds course or provided by DVPSTA. Retakes, attempts and availability depend on the actual school/course configuration; do not assume unlimited attempts.
07Does opening this entrance page start the exam timer?
No. The DVPSTA HTML entrance is informational. The official LearnWorlds Start Exam control and the configured assessment settings manage your actual attempt and timing.
08What if my exam freezes or disconnects?
Document the time, browser/device, visible error and whether you already clicked Submit. Contact DVPSTA promptly before restarting or trying a second device, since exam state and time limits can be affected.
09Can I get extra exam time for an accommodation?
Request a documented accommodation from DVPSTA before beginning. Approval and implementation must be confirmed in the actual LearnWorlds exam timer; a statement on the entrance page does not change assessment settings.
10Are the practice questions the same as the final exam?
Do not assume that practice checks reproduce the final test. DVPSTA includes learning checks and assessments, and Florida online-training law requires randomized test questions. Use practice items to review concepts rather than memorize a fixed key.
Materials & certificates
Slides, textbook and course documents
01Where do I download the lecture slides?
Open Course Materials & Downloads inside your enrolled course if that resource page is available. The school offers separate PDFs for Units 1–11 and Units 12–18; use its Google Drive buttons and follow the displayed download guide.
02Where is the complete Class D textbook?
The October 2026 Class D course textbook covers Units 1–18. If published to your enrolled course, open the Course Materials & Downloads page and choose the textbook PDF.
03Why can’t Google Drive preview the large slide deck?
The Units 1–11 PDF is over 200 MB, and Google Drive may show “File too large to preview.” The file can still be downloadable if you have permission. Use Download rather than assuming the preview error means the PDF is corrupt.
04What does “Google cannot scan this file for viruses” mean?
Google may be unable to scan a file because it exceeds its scanning threshold. This is a limitation, not proof that the file is safe. Confirm the sender and filename; if anything looks suspicious, ask DVPSTA before downloading.
05May I share the slides or textbook publicly?
Treat the provided course materials as DVPSTA training resources. Do not redistribute or sell them without authorization; refer others to the official course enrollment page.
06Which certificate do I use for the state license application?
Use the official Certificate of Security Officer Training associated with your completed Class D course—not merely a LearnWorlds progress badge or screenshot. FDACS provides a training-certificate lookup for qualifying course records.
07How do I retrieve or print my FDACS certificate?
Open the official FDACS training-certificate lookup. Search by last name and date of birth in MMDDYYYY format; training-completion date may be entered if needed. Follow the official site’s print/download instructions.
08My training certificate does not appear. What now?
Check spelling, legal name, birth date and training completion. Allow processing as required and ask DVPSTA to verify the submitted training record. Do not submit fabricated or edited certificates.
09When should I receive my training certificate?
After verified successful completion, the licensed school processes the official training certificate under applicable FDACS requirements. If it is missing or incorrect, promptly contact DVPSTA. Older website FAQ wording about sending documents by mail may not reflect the current online application process.
10Will I receive a printed textbook automatically?
Digital PDF materials and any optional printed-book purchase are different services. Ask DVPSTA whether a physical copy is offered, its price, printing method and delivery terms.
Applying to FDACS
Steps after successful completion
01Does finishing the course mean I already have a Class D license?
No. Course completion establishes training eligibility documentation. You must separately apply to FDACS and receive the official Class D license before treating yourself as a licensed officer, except where a specific lawful pending-application provision applies.
02How do I apply for my Class D license after graduation?
Retrieve your training certificate, confirm eligibility, prepare your photo and supporting records, submit the FDACS application online or through an authorized in-person/mail method, complete fingerprint requirements, pay fees and retain your confirmation.
03Can I apply online instead of visiting FDACS?
Yes. FDACS lists online, in-person and mail options for a new Class D application. Its online workflow includes photo upload, training documents, supporting materials, fingerprint instructions, payment and final review.
04What documents should I prepare?
Typically your official training certificate, a compliant recent color photograph, current residence/contact information, work-authorization evidence if applicable and any additional eligibility or background documents FDACS requests. The application portal gives the definitive individualized checklist.
05Can I use a P.O. Box as my residence address?
No. The online Class D application says a P.O. Box alone is not a residence address. Provide your current physical residence address as FDACS instructs; a mailing address may be handled separately.
06What if I need to resume a saved application?
Use FDACS’s official Find/Resume Application page and follow its tracking and identity instructions. Do not open an unrelated duplicate application without checking the status of the saved one.
07How long does FDACS take to issue a license?
There is no guaranteed issuance date for every applicant. Timing varies with application completeness, fingerprint/background screening, eligibility review and state workload. Check official status channels; do not treat anecdotal time estimates as promises.
08Can DVPSTA speed up or approve my FDACS application?
No. DVPSTA can clarify its training documentation and help you locate official instructions, but FDACS determines state eligibility, processing and issuance.
09Where can I check official application information?
Start with the FDACS Class D requirements page and your application confirmation or retrieval page. For unusual application status or missing records, contact FDACS directly rather than sending confidential records to an unverified third party.
10Do I have to mail or physically bring my training certificate?
Not always. The current FDACS portal allows online document submission, and FDACS also lists in-person and mail routes. Follow the requirements for the method you choose; older DVPSTA FAQ language about mandatory physical submission may be outdated.
11What if my name on the certificate differs from my ID?
Contact DVPSTA to review the training record before filing. Ask FDACS what proof is needed if you have a legal name change. Do not edit the official certificate yourself.
Fingerprints & state fees
Fees, offices, photos and appointments
01How much are the standard FDACS Class D state fees?
The published fee schedule lists $45 for the Class D license, $42 fingerprint processing and $10.75 fingerprint retention—$97.75 combined. Provider charges, convenience fees or eligible waivers can change the total; verify the live state schedule before paying.
02Are fingerprints included in DVPSTA tuition?
No. State fingerprints and any independent Live Scan provider costs are separate from DVPSTA tuition unless a specific written offer expressly includes them.
03Where can I give my fingerprints?
Follow the FDACS application instructions and use a provider or licensing office authorized for the relevant fingerprint submission. Confirm accepted processing methods, service fees and appointments before traveling.
04How do I find an FDACS regional office?
Use the official FDACS Regional Offices directory and appointment links; locations and operating status can change. The office directory is safer than relying on an old screenshot or unverified map pin.
05Do I need an appointment at FDACS?
FDACS says appointments are preferred at regional offices and generally receive priority. Check the selected office’s current services and instructions before going.
06Can I get fingerprints before applying?
Follow the current application and fingerprint instructions carefully. FDACS advises applicants submitting electronic fingerprints to submit the license application within 90 days of the fingerprint scan to reduce avoidable rescan problems.
07Can I use fingerprints from another employer or agency?
Do not assume an earlier fingerprint scan automatically transfers to FDACS Class D processing. Ask FDACS or the accepted provider whether a new submission with the correct ORI/transaction details is required.
08Can veterans obtain a state fee waiver?
Certain qualifying veterans may be eligible for state licensing fee relief under applicable rules. Review FDACS’s current fee information and required documentation; a waiver of one fee does not necessarily waive all outside provider charges.
09Do I need a passport-style photograph?
Yes, the Class D application includes a color photo upload or photo requirements depending on the filing method. Follow FDACS guidance for a recent passport-style image, not a cropped ID document.
10Can I pay my licensing fees through DVPSTA?
DVPSTA tuition and FDACS licensing payments are separate. Pay state fees only through FDACS’s authorized application/payment channels or instructions and retain the official receipt.
Working & renewal
Employment, status and renewing licenses
01Can I start working as soon as I complete the course?
Course completion alone is not an issued license. Florida has specific provisions affecting some applicants whose license is pending, but those are conditional and should be confirmed with FDACS and a licensed employer before you work. Do not treat the course certificate as permission to work by itself.
02Does DVPSTA guarantee employment?
No job placement or employment guarantee is stated in the verified Class D course information. DVPSTA provides training; employers independently decide hiring, screening and job assignments.
03How long is the Florida Class D license valid?
FDACS publications describe Class D licenses as generally valid for two years unless suspended, revoked or otherwise affected by law. Check the actual expiration date on your issued license.
04How do I renew my Class D license?
FDACS offers renewal online, by mail and at eligible licensing offices. It generally mails renewal instructions around 95 days before expiration. Keep your address current and apply using the official portal.
05Do I need another 40-hour Class D course every renewal?
The standard Class D renewal process is different from the initial 40-hour training requirement. Follow current FDACS renewal instructions; do not automatically purchase a new initial course solely because the license is nearing expiration.
06What if my Class D license expires?
Follow FDACS’s current expired-license rules rather than assuming you may continue regulated security work. Contact FDACS promptly for the proper renewal or reapplication path.
07Can I work in another state with my Florida Class D license?
A Florida Class D license does not automatically authorize licensed security work in another state. Check the other state’s regulator, reciprocity provisions and employer requirements.
08Do I need to carry my license while on duty?
FDACS’s security officer guidance explains that licensed officers must carry the individual license while on duty, and the employing security agency has separate identification-card responsibilities.
09Does a Class D license let me operate my own security company?
No. The individual Class D license differs from the Class B security agency license and other business-management requirements. Ask FDACS about the licenses needed to operate or advertise a security agency.
10Can I work as a contractor without a security agency?
Private security operations and independent contracting are regulated. FDACS guidance distinguishes an individual Class D license from licensed agency operation; verify the proper employing agency/business structure before accepting contract work.
Class G & other programs
Armed security and other training
01What is the difference between Class D and Class G?
Class D is the individual security-officer license; Class G is an additional statewide firearm license for eligible licensed security work involving firearms. Class G does not replace Class D where both are needed.
02How much training is required for Class G?
FDACS lists 28 hours of initial classroom and range training for the Class G application, taught by an authorized Class K firearms instructor. Practical range requirements apply.
03Do Class G officers need annual requalification?
Yes. FDACS lists four hours of requalifying firearms training each year for Class G license holders, with range proficiency requirements.
04Can I take Class G training immediately after finishing Class D?
Ask DVPSTA about the next qualified Class K instructor/range session and your eligibility. Completing Class D first does not by itself grant firearm authorization; the separate Class G process is still required.
05Does DVPSTA offer Spanish-language training?
Yes. DVPSTA publishes English and Spanish course options. Regulated Class D online instruction must still satisfy the live-training requirement; confirm which Spanish cohort or instructor is available.
06Are CCW and Class G licenses the same?
No. Florida’s concealed weapon licensing system is distinct from the Class G statewide firearm license used in regulated security duties. Ask FDACS which license applies to the activity you intend to perform.
07What other DVPSTA courses are available?
The school website lists Class G training and renewal, concealed-weapon education, firearms offerings and public-safety subjects such as CPR/AED. Check current course pages for availability, prerequisites and exact pricing.
08Are DVPSTA instructors licensed?
DVPSTA publishes its Class DS school license and information about its Class DI and K instructor licenses. For a specific class, confirm the assigned instructor and the license applicable to that type of instruction.
Language & accessibility
Support and accommodations
01Can I take my course in Spanish?
DVPSTA offers Spanish-language options; availability depends on the scheduled course and instructor. Ask before enrolling if you need instruction, materials, assessments or customer support in Spanish.
02Does changing the website language change the instructor’s language?
No. An English/Spanish toggle on this help page changes only the displayed help text. It does not convert an English-only live cohort into a Spanish-taught class.
03Can I enlarge the text on the website?
Yes. Use this Help Center’s A, A+ and A++ controls, or your browser’s zoom and accessibility settings. Text resizing does not change assessment time limits.
04How do I request a disability-related accommodation?
Contact DVPSTA before the affected live class or exam, describe the functional accommodation you need and ask how it will be applied. Avoid sending unnecessary medical records by ordinary email; ask for an appropriate secure channel if documentation is required.
05What if I need extra breaks or help with camera/audio?
Notify DVPSTA ahead of time. Any arrangement must be coordinated with the live instructor and must still satisfy applicable identity, attendance and participation safeguards.
06Can someone translate for me during class?
Ask DVPSTA before the session about language-access options and whether assistance is permitted. Another person must not impersonate you, answer your assessment questions or compromise required identity checks.
07Are the FAQ answers legal advice?
No. They summarize published school policies and official materials for general information. FDACS, current statutes/rules and qualified professional advisers control issues involving licensure or legal eligibility.
Policies & support
Refunds, changes and contact options
01Are live group classes refundable?
Live, seat-limited training may have cancellation or refund restrictions. Review the exact terms shown at checkout and in your enrollment confirmation, then ask DVPSTA about your specific request. This FAQ does not promise a refund or impose a new policy.
02Can I change my enrollment date after paying?
Contact DVPSTA as early as possible. A transfer depends on the applicable purchase terms, course capacity, instructor availability and any instruction already completed.
03What if I accidentally enrolled in the wrong course or language?
Contact DVPSTA support promptly and provide your order/course details. Do not purchase a duplicate until the school tells you whether the original enrollment can be corrected.
04How can I report an error in my profile or certificate?
Email giu@dvpsta.com with the correct legal-name details, enrollment date and the screen or record containing the error. Use a secure method for identity documents if staff requests them.
05How quickly will support respond?
Response times depend on volume. DVPSTA’s contact page asks students to allow up to three business days, while some current page components describe shorter targets. For urgent live-class access, use the available live chat as well as email.
06How do I report a problem during a live session?
Tell the instructor if possible, then contact DVPSTA support with the course, session date, approximate time, device and a concise description. Avoid posting sensitive personal information publicly.
07Can I contact DVPSTA without calling?
Yes. Email giu@dvpsta.com or use the DVPSTA contact form or available live chat. Indicate if you prefer a written reply.
08What information should I never send in live chat?
Do not disclose passwords, full payment-card information, your full Social Security number or unrequested sensitive records. Use authorized secure upload or payment portals for regulated information.
09Where should I send suggestions or corrections to this FAQ?
Email giu@dvpsta.com with the question, suggested correction and supporting official link if one exists. DVPSTA can review course-specific language before publication.
