DARWIN VILLAVICENCIO
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
For over 25 years, Darwin has served his community as both a Law Enforcement Officer and a Firefighter Paramedic in the State of Florida. He is dual-certified and specializes in high-liability areas within both law enforcement and fire services. As a passionate instructor, Darwin actively trains individuals in Public Safety, Private Security, First Aid, CPR, AED, Law Enforcement Medical Training, and related consulting services.
Darwin is a certified General and Firearms Instructor through the Florida Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, as well as a certified Fire Service Instructor with the Division of State Fire Marshal, Bureau of Fire Standards and Training. His extensive skill set includes specialized training and professional certifications in Leadership, Criminal Investigations, Internal Affairs, Interviews and Interrogations, Fire Investigations, and more — all of which contribute to his role as a respected voice in the public safety profession.
He holds a Master of Arts degree in Disaster Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Safety Administration, an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration, and an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Services. Additionally, he has served as a Criminal Justice Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College’s School of Justice, Public Safety, and Law Studies. Throughout his career, Darwin has delivered numerous lectures as a subject matter expert in public safety and has received multiple awards and recognitions for his service in both professions. In 2021, Darwin was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanities from CUFS University in recognition for his decades of dedicated service and expertise in public safety, ethics, and community leadership.
