ONLINE CONTENT OVERVIEW
The DVPSTA Concealed Weapon or Firearm License Safety Course is a comprehensive online training program designed to prepare individuals to legally and responsibly carry a concealed weapon in Florida. The course helps participants meet state requirements for obtaining a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit while emphasizing firearm safety, legal knowledge, and responsible gun ownership.
The curriculum covers firearm fundamentals, including firearm types, components, and basic mechanics. It also teaches essential firearm safety practices, such as proper handling, storage, transportation, and safe loading and unloading procedures. Participants learn about Florida concealed carry laws, including where firearms can legally be carried, the responsibilities of permit holders, and legal considerations when using a firearm for self-defense.
FIREARMS IN-PERSON TRAINING
Darwin, our lead instructor, conducts the G-License Firearms Qualification at Florida Gun Center, located at 1770 W 38th Pl, Hialeah, FL 33012. If you are unable to attend training at this location, you will need to secure a K-License Instructor in your local area. Please email us for more information and guidance on how to complete this process.

Scheduling
Phase B firearms training takes place on the 2nd and 4th weekend of each month. Once you have successfully completed your final exam, please submit the scheduling form to reserve your training session.
