Photographic Identification and State Certification:
A photographic ID issued by the agency from which you retired; and A certification from either the State in which you reside or a certified firearms instructor qualified to conduct firearms qualification tests for active-duty officers within that State, indicating that you have, within the past year, met either:

The active duty standards for firearms training as established by the State for the type of firearm you wish to carry concealed; or
If the State has no such standards, the standards set by any law enforcement agency within that State for the type of firearm you wish to carry concealed.
